Lafarge Cement UK is manufacturer of the famous Blue Circle Cement. Originally introduced by the Associated Portland Cement Manufacturers (1900) Ltd in 1928, the Blue Circle brand name was adopted as the company name in the 1970s. In 2001, Blue Circle became part of the Lafarge Group forming the world's largest producer of cement and building materials.
